How long will my footwear take to arrive?

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. If there are any stock issues with your order, we will contact you with a suggestion of an alternative style or to offer you a refund. Bulk orders (30 pairs or more) are normally despatched same day from our central stores subject to stock.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on the volume of your order. A single pair order will cost £6.50 to deliver while multiple pairs will cost £10.00. Orders totalling over £500.00 will be delivered free of charge.

How will delivery be made?

We use a courier to make deliveries. Usually this will be UK Mail but on occasion you may receive deliveries from other couriers such as DHL. All orders must have a recipient present in order to sign for the goods.

What are the rules on VAT for safety footwear?

The rules are quite simple. If you are purchasing safety boots for your own personal use (industrial application) then they are zero rated for VAT. Safety boots must cover the ankle and provide protection in the form of a steel toecap as minimum requirement. If you are buying multiple pairs of safety boots that you intend to distribute amongst the employees of your company then they are vatable and this must be paid before we can despatch. VAT registered comapnies will of course be able to reclaim this through their normal VAT return system. It is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to make sure that you pay the correct VAT. A tick box on the checkout page will clarify the use of the boots and calculate the correct VAT for you. A full VAT receipt is included with every order.

Can I exchange my footwear?

Yes you can! If you have ordered the wrong size or are unhappy with your boots then you can return them to us for an exchange or refund. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. The boots must be returned to us in saleable condition and unused except for the purposes of trying on. If the boots are not faulty, you will be responsible for the carriage charges of any exchange or return, this includes return carriage charges back to you of the new boots.

What size am I?

We have included a footwear sizing chart on every item of footwear on this site. The chart will give you a guide as to the EU size and the equivalent Imperial size that you may be used to. EU sizes are the standards to which all of our boots are manufactured so we recommend that you have your feet measured to this standard before ordering to ensure that you are ordering the right size. We cannot accept incorrect sizing as a fault on our footwear. The responsibility is on you to order the correct size.
